FOR STUDENTS

Join a Focus Group or Listening Session

In order to gain a deeper understanding of students’ experiences, students are invited to participate in conversations facilitated by the Community Health Organizers. These small group, peer-to-peer discussions offer a space for students to discuss their lived experiences beyond surveys on a variety of well-being topics. Add your name to the interest list.

Attend a Data Walk

As part of our responsibility to ground work in data and context, events known as Data Walks are hosted throughout the year to share the SWIS survey results back to students. Students have the opportunity to reflect on the data as a community and provide context.

Apply to Become a Community Health Organizer

Recruitment Occurs During Fall Semesters

The USC Well-being Collective employs Community Health Organizers (CHOs), undergraduate and graduate students committed to advancing health and wellbeing efforts within the diverse student communities at USC. CHOs advance wellbeing through community-engaged research, peer-to-peer capacity building, and advocacy with university administrators. Get to know our current CHOs.
